Nar’aakom app provides individuals in Qatar with access to various digital services offered by PHCC through their smartphones.

With Nar’aakom, users can conveniently check their health card details, including the card number and expiry date, view their designated health center, and see their assigned family physician from PHCC. Additionally, the app allows users to monitor upcoming appointments for themselves and their dependents.

Moreover, users have the option to request several services such as applying for a Health Card, changing their assigned Health Center or Family Physician, scheduling appointments at PHCC health centers, adding dependent accounts for service requests on their behalf, and renewing health cards through Hukoomi’s online platform.

Nar’aakom supports both English and Arabic languages, offering users the flexibility to switch between them within the application.
